Electronic Services
24-hour Voice Response
You can make inquires on your account balances, request withdrawals to be mailed to your home, and get information on your most recent checking account transactions through our audio response system. All you need to access voice response is a touch-tone phone, your account number and a secure PIN number to access your information 24 hours a day. Direct Deposit
The SACU accepts direct deposit of your employer payroll, social security, veteran compensation, civil service plans, pension checks, military service, railroad retirement, annuities or stock/savings dividends. You will be asked to provide the credit union routing number and your account number. For our Share Draft users these numbers can be found at the bottom of your checks. All other members will need to contact the credit union to request this information.
Payroll Deduction
If you have your check deposited with another institution, you can still take advantage of having a portion of your pay deducted for automatic loan payments or automatic savings deposits at the SACU.
Wire Transfers
Upon completion of a wire transfer authorization form funds can be wired to or received from other financial institutions. Bank account and routing information are needed to complete these transactions and a fee is charged for incoming or outgoing wires.
ATM/Debit Card
Qualified members can take advantage of our MasterCard Debit Card as a way to pay for goods and services without having to use cash or write a check. Present your MasterCard Debit Card for payment and the amount of your purchase will automatically be deducted from your SACU checking account. Our card can be used anywhere you see the MasterCard logo. Your debit card can also be used at thousands of ATMs nationwide to make cash withdrawals, transfer funds or check your balances.
An alternative offering is our STAR ATM card that is a traditional ATM card and can be used to make cash withdrawals, transfer funds or check your balances.

Insurance Services
GAP
Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) protects you and your entire investment from substantial loss by covering the “gap” between the vehicle’s value and the amount you still owe if your vehicle is totaled or stolen. Compare our cost to any dealer cost and see the “Credit Union Difference”.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Upon receipt of a completed insurance enrollment form, members age 18 and older are eligible for $2,000 accidental death and dismemberment insurance at NO cost to members. Coverage beyond $2,000 is available at the member’s expense.
Credit Life Insurance and Disability Insurance
The SACU offers insurance that is underwritten by The American Modern Insurance Company that is paid at the member’s expense. This coverage is for your protection in case of disability or accident.

Other Services
Account Statements
Statements are mailed monthly to members with share draft (checking) accounts and to any other members that have electronic activity on their accounts. Otherwise, members are sent quarterly statements in January, April, July, and October. Statements include any transactions that have taken place during that statement period. The January statements include prior year’s interest paid on loans for tax purposes, as well as the total amount of dividends that must be reported to the Internal Revenue Service.
Travelers and Gift Checks, Gift Cards and Travel Money
The SACU offers a variety of options for your travel and gift needs. Our products are offered to both members and non-members.

- VISA Travel Money Cards – A convenient alternative -- Load your card and go! (Minimum load-$250)
- VISA Gift Checks & Gift Cards – The “Perfect” Gift for any occasion (Min. load on cards-$25).

Credit Counseling is available through Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS) in
Columbus. CCCS offers many services for those who are just getting started and want to find out what they can afford to those in need of assistance with paying their monthly bills.
Discount Ohio Park Tickets
Discount tickets to Ohio area amusement parks are available at the SACU. Call our office or stop in to inquire on prices and locations.
Sam’s Club Pass
SACU members are eligible for a one-day pass and membership (if you choose to purchase) to Sam’s Club. Visit any Sam's Club for more information.
On-site ATMs
The SACU owns and operates the ATMs located in the Corporate HQ and the Marysville Manufacturing plant.
